Refund Policy

BioTechWe at Biotech Corporation of Glastonbury, CT offer all of our customers an opportunity to receive a refund if not completely satisfied.  To qualify for a refund the following procedures must be followed:

  • All refund requests must be received within 60 days (2 months) from the original date of purchase.*
  • ALL customers requesting a refund MUST call 1-800-880-7188 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from the Customer Service Department.
  • Customers need to return all used and unused bottles/boxes to Biotech Corporation with a letter containing the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, your complete mailing address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.
  • If our products were purchased at a location other than Biotech Corporation, the ORIGINAL receipt must accompany the return of the used and unused bottles/boxes.  We will NOT provide a refund with anything but the inclusion of the original receipt.

*In the case of multiple box/bottle orders, guarantee is void if second bottle/box is opened.  Continued use of product after first bottle/box is used constitutes satisfaction of product and consumer waives their right to a refund.

Customers purchasing supplies longer than 1 month must return the unused product in SALEABLE condition (i.e. unopened and undamaged) to qualify for a full refund. 

Refunds DO NOT include reimbursement for shipping and handling or return postage.

Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks from our receipt of the package providing all requirements have been fulfilled as outlined above.
